In 2010 The Busker travelled from Barnoldswick, on the Leeds Liverpool canal, down the Wigan flight, through Manchester via The Ashton to reach New Mills on the Peak Forest canal.
After a little rest she then set off again stopping for two weeks at Cropredy on the Oxford canal for the festival. After that it was back up to Braunston then down the Grand Union onto The Thames.
From there she went back up the Oxford, Coventry,Trent and Mersey and finally the Macclesfield before turning back onto the Peak Forest canal.
In 2011 Linda has been learning how to handle the boat on her own. She teamed up with a friend who has been showing her the ropes, so to speak, and now happily goes wherever she pleases. So far in 2011 she has spent time in Stone, Alrewas, Great Haywood and Rugby ... now heading for Stockton and hoping to make it to Birmingham for the winter months
