Great News 23/1/12
A new bill has just gone through Parliament
The Bill states that an exemption to the Licensing Act should take place when ‘the live music entertainment takes place in the presence of an audience of no more than 200 persons’. This will reduce the bureaucracy and expense for small venues wishing to put on live music.
...and hopefully give us more venues!!

Trip to Holland Posted 6/10/11
I've just been over to Holland to do some promotion for the coming dates in November. We did a few radio shows, some recordings and had a photo shoot. Thanks to all the friends that are helping us to put this one together!!

Open Mic Competition
I was very pleased to be asked to be a judge at the Sheffield auditions. I had no idea what to expect and was relieved to find out that it is nothing like the X Factor. The first auditions take place behind closed doors and no one is subjected to ridicule. If you think you've got what it takes; you should try this competition. You might not win but you do get to play to media people and you never know what can come of it. Check it out HERE
Whaley Water Weekend
The Whaley Water Weekend was great but at the moment I'm unable to bring the site up to date because I'm now out on the canal and have a problem with my batteries, which means I can't stay on the computer long enough to sort out the films and other details.
Apologies to anyone waiting to see something of the end result.
